About Us

The Piney Woods Wine Trail is a non-profit organization committed to showcasing our member wineries and the scenic East Texas Piney Woods wine region. Spanning from Marshall to Trinidad and Canton to Hemphill, we unite a vibrant community of wineries and wine lovers. By hosting events and creating unique experiences at each location, we aim to raise awareness, attract visitors to our East Texas wineries, and provide valuable industry education of Texas wines.

We invite you to embark on a journey along the Piney Woods Wine Trail, a scenic and self-guided experience through the heart of East Texas. This trail weaves through more than twenty unique wineries, each offering its own charm—from rustic farmhouses and cozy tasting rooms to elegant estates and vibrant bars. Along the way, you’ll encounter the warm hospitality and diverse flavors that define the Piney Woods Wine Trail.

Join us for two signature wine festivals each year, hosted in partnership with Visit Lindale: the second weekend in May and the third weekend in October. These lively gatherings are a perfect way to experience the best of Piney Woods wines and East Texas culture.

The Piney Woods Wine Trail offers Los Pinos Ranch Vineyards an additional outlet for our marketing efforts as well as providing an opportunity for us to work with and network with our fellow wineries on the trail.
